Groups can develop a limited or complete package based on the group’s needs
Customizable package options available to all groups include the following items:
Hotel Rooms
Official housing blocks of rooms are available for international groups with lowest rates negotiated by AAD exclusively for participants of the annual meeting. Package rates are provided with all hotel taxes and occupancy fees included in the rate.
Breakfast Vouchers
For groups interested in providing breakfast vouchers for their guests, we have negotiated breakfast rates at properties based on your needs. Breakfast vouchers are for full American breakfast but may vary based on the property selected.
Airport Transfers
Airport and in-town transfers are available to groups and individuals alike. Transportation options will vary based on your needs. For those arriving as groups or interested in the service, porterage is provided upon arrival at hotels and at departure (not available at the airport). Transportation to and from official hotels and the convention center are free for guests who have reserved their rooms through the official housing block
Air Transportation
If your group is in need of full service travel support from the moment guests leave until they return, we provide the opportunity to reserve air transport from your home country at preferred rates. We work with our global network of agencies to provide best flight options for groups and individuals.
